11/26/10 Puerto Rico

Middles

Kelly Slater's 10th World Title was clinched on this very sand earlier in the month.
After the contest the locals labeled Jobos/ Isabella as a ghost town.

On this morning the conditions at Middles was very sectiony and closing out.

The wind was just starting to come up, but Middles is good and can throw little barrels like this quite
often on nearly any condition. Which likely made it a big reason why this was the stop for the
Rip Curl Pro Search in 2010.

Back to Jobos for some mid day fun behind the rock.

Looking down playa Jobos

The infamous takeoff rock at playa Jobos. We've never seen this place completely flat there always seems to be a wave here. And the inside where all the people are near the bottom of this photo is a great place to learn how to surf.

it's a dogs life down in Puerto Rico

mid afternoon local crowd, these guys have this wave so dialed

TD gets the chance to spread his wings over a couple.

We left it to the local crew so we could tend to Ryan's reef rash.

Reef rash, scar for life, scrub it Clapperazzi.

Outside Los remidos at night, such an awesome place!

the boys enjoy a cookout.
