April 1st 2007

      Around 50 people showed at the Surfshack Surfshop Sunday to show support for starting a local Surfrider chapter. We had a great turnout with people coming from Sarasota, Tampa, Brandon and all around the gulfcoast. Mike Meehan did a great job as the main speaker on some of the goals, upcoming meetings and events Surfrider will do for the area.

University of Tampa showed some great support for a local surfrider chapter.
