Wednesday February 22nd: Waking up this morning we have more clouds than sun as little ripples of energy trickle across the Gulf. Flat conditions today will pave the way for the next front. Winds will begin to pick up today from the S/SW and continue to blow for the next 48hrs. Later tomorrow afternoon we may have had enough wind to produce a ridable wave. Friday is looking like our best chance with a SW swell direction unloading on those certain sandbars. Friday night the winds switch to the NW and veer NE by Saturday morning. Looks like a repeat of last Sunday, but knocked back a notch. Get ready more swell on the way, and there's just enough time to get those dings fixed!
